A: Yes, it is fully compatible
with USB 1.1 - you need a USB 2.0 port on your computer to enjoy
high speed USB 2 performance.

However, if you use some mini USB hubs that can't supply enough
bus power, you can use the double USB cable to get more power from a second USB 1 port.
